Systernia ("we," "us," or "our") builds business software, starting with DispatchShift. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, contact us at support@systernia.com.
The Short Version
DispatchShift runs entirely on your own computer. Your business data (work orders, schedules, crew information, everything you put into the product) never leaves your machine, and we have no access to it. We only collect the information needed to sell you the product, deliver your license key, and support you.
Information We Collect
Waitlist and contact: When you join our beta waitlist or contact us through the website, we collect your name and email address.
Purchases: We sell through several platforms: our website (via Polar), Etsy, Gumroad, and PayPal. When you buy, the platform collects your name, email address, and payment information to process the transaction. We receive your name, email address, the product purchased, and the transaction ID so we can fulfill your order. Your full payment details stay with the payment platform. We never see or store your card numbers. Each platform's own privacy policy also applies to information you give them directly.
License activation: To receive your permanent license key, you complete an activation form at systernia.com/activate. We collect your name, email address, order or transaction ID, the product tier purchased, and device information needed to generate your key.
Support: When you submit a support ticket or email support@systernia.com, we collect your name, email address, and whatever details you include about the issue, including any diagnostic information you choose to share. Please do not include sensitive business or customer data in support requests unless we specifically ask for it. You represent that you have the right to share any information you include in support requests.
Website analytics: We use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We configure our analytics to avoid collecting information that identifies you personally.
License validation: When you activate DispatchShift, the product contacts our servers to validate your license key. We may validate your license again if we detect potential violations. For this we collect only your license key and basic device information, never your business data.

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state law; contact us to exercise them.
